I lead both Merck Serono and EMD Serono digital accounts, driving the latter to launch its first-ever Facebook application, Notes of Hope. I led the account team through strategy, build/development and launch of this new initiative, which has propelled the client into the next state of true digital engagement. For Merck Serono, I managed a global team through the process of building and launching a global internal social network. I also work with Weber Shandwick account teams to develop and implement digital strategies for Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Bausch + Lomb and Charles River Labs.
